The Worst Hell of All

0

Thursday, August 15th, 2013

The worst hell of all is wanting something but believing you cannot have it.

For some, it is easier just to opt out, and get very zen and accept what life throws at you.

Abandoning hope feels better than FRUSTRATED hope.

But as you may know, I’m a Deliberate Creator at heart, which is what I teach.

And I come from the premise that you can have ANYTHING YOU WANT.

This approach has worked for thousands because it is based in faith.

If you want it, you get it. Our desires are put into us by the Divine because we GET them.

When you run into something that is proving difficult for you to manifest, it is due to lack of belief that you can actually have it.

This is where we get busy in deliberately creating what we want.

It is a joy to do so, and the journey, the wanting, the anticipation become absolutely delicious. If hell is frustrated wanting . . . then heaven is hopeful wanting -- believing you CAN have it (faith).

The wanting becomes anticipation, and making it happen is the ride of your life!

Please know that if there is something you want, then you can have it.

It’s just a matter of regaining faith about it and moving forward into creating it.

I support you in becoming an awesome Deliberate Creator!

love,
Kathryn

Total Disaster

0

Hi, there!

Here’s another question one of you sent in that I’m answering today for my new regular Q & A.

This person went through a very rough time, and I want to help her and help you, too.

Q: The other day, I had a total   disaster happen

First, I saw my ex with his new girlfriend,

and blurted out something super inappropriate
(yes, I’m bitter).

I was humiliated and upset.

Then, I had a blind date from the internet which was just awful.

He was really attractive, but I was in such a
funk from seeing the ex that I was in a foul mood, stuck my foot in my mouth and felt a fool.

Of course, that date didn’t last long
(I don’t blame him for not being interested), and then, I had a minor fender bender on the way home.

I have not had panic attacks in years,
but I had one.

It took me hours to be okay, I pretty much didn’t sleep the night, and the following days have been pretty terrible.

It’s like there’s a black cloud hanging over me.

Is there any hope for me in love?

A: Of course there is!

We all have had bad times in love, and as horrible as this has been for you, it’s not even the worst I’ve heard.

But you still have every hope.

You and your love will one day laugh over this.

So, how do you move beyond the black cloud? There are only three things you can do to remove yourself out of the funk.

What happened in this case is that you got such a negative momentum going that it was hard to stop it in the middle of the downward movement.

The good news is that momentum will peter out if you don’t feed it. So, when it gets THAT bad, here are the 3 things that can work.

I would do one of these as soon as you see the downward momentum starting to happen so it doesn’t compound the way it did in this case (bless your heart!)

1) Take a nap.

You may have heard my “go lie down” philosophy.

If the going gets rough, check out for a while. You’ll wake up feeling better, fresh and can work on a more positive momentum.

2) Meditate

Studies confirm
that meditation is so powerful that it can circumvent automatic reflexes, ease up on our fight-or-flight instinct and completely change our state. It’s why meditations are always included in my work.

Meditation is a great way to change your state, especially if it’s chronic.

3) Distract yourself

It really helps to go watch a silly program, pick up a good book, love your cat or involve yourself in a project.

You can come back to the subject of love when you feel better, and it’ll be so much easier to get positive momentum going.

If you don’t feed the negative momentum by continuing to act from an off-center place, you have no idea how quickly things can get good for you.

Love could show up tomorrow!

I bless you for feeling better & finding the new lease on life that awaits you.

Try those 3 things the next time you feel yourself going down a black hole.

How To Get Back My Ex All Hope Is Not Lost

0

No one likes to feel the rejection of being broken up with. Here is the truth, it can be your choice if you want your ex back. You dont have to remain lonely; you dont have to worry about moving on. People act in specific ways, if you can set your pain aside for a few minutes, you can find the answer to your question how do I get back my ex.

First of all, we need some insight into what put a wedge between the two of you. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but nothing happened on a Tuesday that caused your break up. It was not a single episode or fight that caused the demise of your relationship, it was a culmination of things.

Heres a toughie, it was partially your fault. Yes, yours. I dont want you to take full blame, no one is ever 100% to blame. But you do need to accept your share. What did you do that led to the breakup?

Dont rush to your ex and start apologizing. You will apologize but not yet. Here are a couple ideas what you might be to blame for.

Ladies, you first. Is it possible you effeminized your ex? Did you hurt his ego? Were you too needy? Almost always one of these reasons are at the core.

Gentlemen, your next. What did you do or say that made your ex feel unappreciated or taken advantage of? Were you too needy? Women love a man with a sensitive side, but constantly being needy is a huge turn off for both sexes.

Now, you need to accept responsibility for your actions and or attitude. By simply identifying it, you can now change the behavior.

"Ive done this, so how do I get back my ex?"

Now you can call your ex. If they wont talk to you, hand write a letter. Agree with the separation first then let them know you have taken responsibility, and exactly what for, and apologize for it. Tell them you saw this coming, and it is for the best, wish them well in the future.

Do not initiate contact for a month, three weeks at the very least.

By following these steps, your ex will not understand your actions. The human mind is curious and most of the time your partner will contact you, as they now feel like you broke up with them. When they call, move slowly and deliberately to rebuild your love.

The get back my ex outline.

1. Take personal responsibility.

2. Send a hand written letter agreeing with the separation and apologizing.

3. Cease all contact.

Dont Build Walls To Protect Yourself

0

By Evan Sanders

"Before I built a wall Id ask to know, what I was walling in or walling out?" - Robert Frost

When you ask people about walls and what they are good at, they will usually answer somewhere along the lines of, "They are good at keeping things out."

That is certainly true. And then I ask, "What else are they good at doing?" You wouldnt believe the dead silence that usually comes back my way.

Thinking. Thinking. Thinking. Uh...Alright so Ill give it to you. As good as walls are for keeping things out, they also do a damn good job of keeping things in. Ahhhh. Yes.

This is where we get into trouble. We get into a ton of trouble because whenever we start hurting in life we build our walls higher and higher to protect ourselves.

And unfortunately, when you are trying to keep out the negative, you are also keeping in the positive. Remember those gifts youve been given? They never get to come out to play. They stay trapped inside because you have created a bit of a prison for yourself.

It gets worse. Since you didnt build any doors...because why would you ever want to give the negative emotions a weak spot in the wall to exploit, youve failed to create any form of fire escape.

As life would have it, it loves to create a little bit of chaos once you think you are safe. It will find its way into your "protected" zone and start a few fires here and there. Then, since you have no escape, you will watch everything burn straight to the ground.

Walls are pretty bad for you. They can tear you apart.

When you shut yourself off from experience life in its fullest and everything that the world has to offer you arent really living. Youre just having an experience of surviving. Youre doing whatever it takes to get by but not really out there in the world thriving.

These walls that youve built served you at one time in protecting your heart, but now they are just hurting you. They are hurting you because you cant grow from that trapped place anymore. You cant experience what you need to experience to help you continue to develop. The negative emotions stay out (for the most part) but those positive qualities that you have - the potential that you have discovered - those stay in.

They will never come out when you are living safe inside of your comfort zone.

Thats the dead honest truth. You must tear down the walls if you really want to live an outrageously amazing experience in this world.

Scary? Yes of course. But 10 times out of 10 I would rather be on the field of life living than stuck in my own mental prison dying.

Tear down the walls. Take a risk.

Top Self Evaluation Tools Of All Time

0

By Melissa Roberts

The demand to make a personal evaluation comes with confusion. The fear revolves around how to genuinely rate your performance without appearing boastful with your achievement or too lenient that it affects your standing. There is a delicate balance between modesty and being boastful every time you are called upon to conduct self evaluation.

A personal voice or narrative will help you remain within the boundaries of a good review. This personalized voice will reveal to your seniors that you are fully aware of your skills and how they affect the delivery of your mandate. A good review must therefore consider the mandate assigned by the organization, team or company and how well you have delivered. Your words must be supported by data or incidences that can be verified.

It is important to share insights of how you have grown in the company and at personal level as a result of the responsibilities undertaken. Include developments at company and personal level that are attributed to your leadership. To justify your assertions, consider including the difference that is emanating from your contribution. Bear in mind that bosses are not always aware of what happens below them.

Evaluating performance should be in light of your duties and responsibilities. This calls for review and consideration of company policies, goals and mission. Consider the contribution you have made to enable the team to realize the said goals. Remember to take full responsibility for mistakes you committed or those that have emanated from your judgment and leadership.

Consider the process of evaluating your performance as a chance to exercise full honesty. It is an opportunity to think about your role and contribution to the company, team or group. It helps you to identify strengths and weaknesses that either make you a better employee or stop you from delivering full potential in the role assigned. It also is a chance to face the facts about your performance over the period under review.

Pride has a place when reviewing performances. Do not shy away from talking about your achievements. Point at projects or tasks that have enabled you to apply your skills and the results the tasks have produced. This shows that you are a valuable employee and contributor to the organization. The actions must be connected to management goals.

Be concise when evaluating your performance. The temptation to give a blow by blow account of the achievements you have made as an employee is live. Without appearing boastful or rubbing the achievements on the face seniors and managers, give necessary details. Make your assessment catchy yet brief. Juniors and seniors should be recognized for providing assistance in the course of your success journey.

It helps to act like a professional during evaluation. Keep away from personal attacks or unwarranted criticism of people, systems or policies of the organization. Find a way to compensate for obvious weaknesses without being dishonest. Ask for help in case your review reveals weaknesses that can affect your position in the team.
