Dealing with the break of a relationship with someone who you were/are in love with is not supposed to be easy. Usually one of the two individuals involved in the relationship that has ended feels the loss and pain more than the other. This can be due to various reasons such as the difference in personalities of the two people; sometimes it is because of which gender you belong to (women do find it more difficult to get over a relationship than men in some cases, because of the caveman perspective of the need to be taken care of); sometimes the person who has called off the relationship has a clear view of why it is over, while the other person might not see logic in such a reason.
The important thing to do when one is coping with the end of such a relationship is to stop oneself from don something stupid. It is natural to feel that everything in life has come to an end with a break up. The grief can be so overbearing sometimes that it may take over the physical well being of the person. If you have been crying for many nights continuously, then you should know that neither are you the first person to do so, nor will you be the last.
